Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive with business management or HR operations consulting experience in the mid to large company market segment to join Insperity’s Enterprise Service Operations. The Enterprise Service organization provides human capital related consultation, products and services to clients with a minimum of 1000 employees nationwide.
In this role, the Client Relationship Executive will be serve as a trusted business advisor, advocate and strategic thought leader to our clients, bringing services and solutions to help client’s meet their human capital business goals and objectives.
  • Manages and is responsible for the retention of a national book of business consisting of 3 to 4 key accounts.
  • Engages regularly with client’s C-level executives to ensure thorough understanding of client’s industry, current market impacts to their business, competitors, and business and strategic goals/objectives; using this information to set strategy and align Insperity service offerings and products to help client achieve defined results.
  • Ensures client’s leadership, key users, and Insperity internal partners are aligned on the value proposition of the Insperity relationship, including action plans towards positive ROI and trusted business partnership.
  • Engages in forward-thinking, strategic thought leadership with clients and internal partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities, address business challenges, gain buy-in and commitment, and garner leader alignment to ensure service delivery and approach is efficient, sustainable and sequenced to match client readiness and capacity.
  • Routinely researches financial, industry and market trends in order to bring forth effective business recommendations.
  • Responsible for leading financial discussions and client renewal process.
  • Effectively articulates client’s business landscape and translates client’s goals to internal service team members to facilitate collaborative discussions and development and implementation of a 12 to 24 month client roadmap and engagement plan.
  • Escalates complex client issues and follows through to resolution, ensuring appropriate communication to all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, of HR or equivalent work experience is required. Master’s Degree in related field is preferred.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in HR, Finance, Management, Business Operations, or related field is required.
  • Must have experience with supporting Enterprise size clients (minimum 1,000 WSE per client).
  • Demonstrated business acumen with C-level executives.
  • Experience influencing and managing relationships to gain commitment at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated multi-account/matrix environment management experience.
  • Familiarity with HR strategic and operational functions is required.
  • Comfortable with HRIS and CRM systems, as well as MicroSoft Suite
  • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills.
