Administrator, Inside Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates administrative activities for the team including support of assigned department personnel.
  • Makes travel arrangements for department.
  • Prepares monthly expense reports and maintains monthly budget report.
  • Assists in the creation of presentations, reports, and other documents. Prepares departmental reports, presentations and expense projections for distribution.
  • Proofreads outgoing documents and correspondence for correctness and accuracy.
  • Supports the development, documentation and tracking of performance metrics, sales efficiency initiatives and sales training needs. Assists management with compiling and generating reports.
  • Supports the development, documentation and tracking of sales training activities including the preparation of presentation materials and event coordination. Coordinates with Sales Operations Department where appropriate.
  • Maintains a professional office environment at all times.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two to three years of industry experience with an emphasis on project management/multi-tasking required.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Demonstrated advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office ® suite programs.
  • Customer service experience in a team environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of organization, logic and analytical skills are required.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-tasks – excellent time management.
  • Ability to take initiative – assertive and confident.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $43,100.00 – $  47,595.00.
