Administrator, Organizational Development

We are currently seeking an Administrator, Organizational Development to join our team. 

Responsible for the day-to-day activities and processes of the Organizational Development Department and programs.


Under general supervision and moderate decision-making:

  • Coordinates administrative activities of the Organizational Development Department including support of Managing Director and other Department personnel, Department communications, education and training functions.
  • Coordinates, schedules and facilitates organizational development programs including function planning, setup, pre-work distribution, meeting room setup, company vehicle reservations, travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Maintains Department training materials and office supply inventories, prepares purchase supply orders and ensures delivery.
  • Coordinates schedules for coverage.
  • Ensures the confidentiality of the employee database.
  • Creates daily and monthly reports to provide information regarding training results.
  • Keeps Managing Director and other Department Mangers informed of issues, problems and special needs on a timely basis.
  • Prepares and tracks expense reports and correspondence for the Managing Director, Organizational Development.  Audits Department expense reports and proactively resolves any related issues.
  • Makes travel arrangements for Department.
  • Maintains conference room calendars and company vehicle schedules.


  • High School Degree or equivalent required is required.
  • Two to three years of industry experience with related skill sets or similar position is required.


  • Has previous experience in administrative support.  Proven customer service skills.  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, pressure filled environment; above average organizational skills; flexibility to handle various deadlines and priorities.
  • Modern office methods, practices, procedures, and equipment; performing basic business mathematics calculation; general office clerical methods, techniques, and filing systems; operating fax, copier, and data entry software including AIMS, Access, Excel, Word, Windows, and PowerPoint.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment, competent in business letter writing and in correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic.
