SUMMARY

This position is responsible for developing, researching, planning, troubleshooting and implementing SharePoint solutions. Administers SharePoint including installation, configuration and building custom solutions.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision and much decision-making:

• Develops and supports SharePoint.

• Customizes SharePoint both from functionality and user interface perspective based on business requirements.

• Creates PowerShell cmdlets as necessary.

• Administers SharePoint including installation and configuration.

• Troubleshoots and performs root cause analysis.

• Makes any necessary enhancements to the existing SharePoint site

• Shares best practices and helps to enforce policies, standards and governance rules.

• Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint 2016.

• Working knowledge of Master page design and development concepts.

• Working knowledge of experience in building/developing custom components in SharePoint using C#.

• Working knowledge of experience in HTML, CSS.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Working knowledge of InfoPath, Workflows.

• Experience with .NET Framework 2.0 and higher.

• Experience in development using AJAX methodologies using JavaScript and jQuery.

• Experience with Server-Side Object Models.

• Experience with Client-Side Object Models.

• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework is a plus.

• Knowledge in developing web services, rest based APIs is a plus.
