Business Process Analyst, Corporate Development

We are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst, Corporate Development to join our team. 

This position is responsible for acting as a business and technology process facilitator within the Corporate Development team, guiding technology solutions and designing tools and process improvements. Manages moderately complex assignments, analyzes problems, and generates effective solutions used in software applications.  

Essential Functions

Under general supervision and much decision-making:


  • Participates in visioning, strategic planning and reengineering of technology related processes.
  • Assists in defining standards, processes, and tools for the Corporate Development team.
  • Fosters teamwork with Strategic Development team through positive communications.
  • Manages Corporate Development software and tools, supporting project teams on effective processes, activity tracking and reporting.
  • Provides education of Corporate Development processes, tools, best practices and compliance matters to internal teams
  • Works with the Corporate Development team to identify and mitigate business and technical risks.
  • Ensures data integrity within Corporate Development processes and activities, creating templates and other standardization tools to reduce operational risks.
  • Develops templates to support Corporate Development processes to be used across the entire organization, enabling a higher impact of strategic projects
  • Implements Corporate Development tools and templates across the entire company, including education of processes, procedures and best practices for effective and impactful corporate and strategic development
  • Anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals and helps to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentors other business analysis personnel and team members on the use of standard business analysis principles, business domain knowledge, and business and technical processes.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Three to five years of related professional experience in technology training, process design and/or business analytics is required.


  • Originality, ingenuity, aptitude and strong knowledge of business processes, with the ability to complete moderately complex assignments, analyzing problems to generate working solutions.
  • Clear understanding of business processes and value propositions and able to provide strategic guidance to project teams.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels and possesses a strong desire to succeed as a team.
  • Understands and applies business and technical processes to support expected customer service levels.
  • Ability to command control of a problem and help organize resources and knowledge to attain solutions.
  • Exhibits confidence, creativity, and knowledge of industry best practices when solving problems.
  • Validates new concepts and is able to communicate innovative ideas to leadership.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate tactfully and effectively, express technical concepts in business terms, and maintain positive and effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Strong training skills related to technology and process adoption.
  • Ability to create effective job aids and templates to provide education and support of processes and procedures
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and has good organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the concepts of:
    • Technology implementation
    • Process design
    • Technology training
    • Change management
