Career Development Program Manager

We are currently seeking a Career Development Program Manager to join our team.

This position is responsible for developing and overseeing rotational career development experiences that prepare early talent to excel in a career at Insperity. The position will coordinate the end-to-end professional development experience of program participants, including coaching and mentoring each participant to accelerate their readiness for a professional career at Insperity. This position works closely with business leaders to develop curriculum for the rotational department experience and drive a consistent participant experience, measuring overall program impact to support the company’s talent acquisition objectives.

  • Creates and oversees professional rotation Career Development programs for Early Talent program participants.
  • Develop and execute the program to ensure that participants learn the culture and the business model while being exposed to multiple department and career opportunities at Insperity.
  • Owns the end-to-end development experience for our program participants by partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify needs for future skills and roles in accordance with the talent strategy and company growth plan.
  • Creates curriculum and practical experiences to ensure that program participants contribute successfully to the role and the outcomes of the department during the rotation. Incorporate assessments and knowledge checks to follow progress of the participants, with pre-defined learning objectives and skill development.
  • Serves as advisor for campus and selection strategies, community/academic outreach efforts and promoting the Intern programs. Participate in programs as needed to promote the Early Talent programs.
  • Implements learning experience design principles and techniques to deliver maximum impact of program design, ensuring all internal Early Talent facilitators are supporting program objectives and creating a best-in-class learning experience for program participants within their departments.
  • Partners with departments to identify and train Early Talent facilitators, campus ambassadors, and hiring managers to ensure that program objectives are met.
  • Oversees successful program execution by acting as the primary contact for program inquiries and partnering with internal departments to communicate progress and status of the program.
  • Develops structured and consistent approach to supervise, evaluate and provide feedback to assigned talent, preparing them to move into full time career positions at Insperity at the completion of their rotational program.
  • Partners with Corporate Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, department Early Talent facilitators and business leaders to deliver operational excellence for program participants while accelerating the placement of early talent into professional positions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field is required.
  • Five to seven years of experience in a lead role requiring mentoring and developing others is required.
  • Proven track record of managing complex talent programs.
  • Ability to apply strong data analysis skills to establish and monitor program KPIs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills to appropriately direct, coach and mentor others.
  • Skilled in working with senior leaders and influencing change.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data, and roadblocks.
  • Passion for innovation and agility to adapt to changing business requirements and needs.
  • Five or more years working in Talent, HR, L&D or similar role.
  • Travel up to 5% of time
