Director, Service and Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

 This position directs the overall customer service strategy from beginning to end. Creates a positive environment for team to deliver top-notch Background Screening products and services and ensures the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Oversees the implementation of an effective compliance program that meets or exceeds the federal and state law requirements for background screening products and services and privacy protection requirements.

· Ensures that employees maintain a thorough and updated knowledge of all components of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and is able to respond to escalated issues.

· Ensures that appropriate performance improvement services are in place to provide high level customer service and timely turnaround times for products and services.

· Identifies or participates in identifying training and development needs for employees to meet goals and objectives.

· Participates in the vendor negotiations as relates to product and services. Analyzes support documentation on vendor performance and makes recommendations to management on vendor performance.

· Develops, maximizes and promotes a high-powered team.

· Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

· Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

· Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

· Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree is required.

· Five to seven years of experience in process management is required.

· Extensive knowledge of FCRA and state regulations.

· Supervisory and related experience in fast pace, multiple projects environment is required.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and demonstrated ability to learn other programs, applications as needed.

· Possess strong leadership skills and able to work as an effective leader and develop working relationships needed to accomplish organizational goals.

· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.

· Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and arithmetic. Prepares clear, concise, thorough, and grammatically correct written reports and other written documents.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
