Funded by NIH innovation research awards, their product suite includes the No. 1 medical Spanish training platform in the U.S. and other tools that empower healthcare providers to improve the quality of care for patients limited to English proficiency (LEP). Their product suite capabilities include assessing, training, testing, and certifying program participants.

Who You Are:

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be accountable for individual sales as well as the mentoring of the enterprise sales team in their selling and implementation of the company’s product bundles. You will be responsible for client acquisition and the expansion and growth of the product offering across assigned customer and prospective customer target lists that will include Healthcare Systems and clinical facilities, in addition to providing day-to-day and strategic leadership to the enterprise sales team in the attainment of their annual sales goals. Reporting to the CRO and working closely with the marketing and product development team, you will be expected to foster the continued innovation of their products and expand their offerings into new healthcare segments.

You Should Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in securing 6-figure SaaS-based contracts with healthcare systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or liberal arts with a focus on a related discipline
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives related to customer satisfaction, growth, loyalty, and financial health
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quota that drives organizational growth
  • 3+ years’ experience in providing mentoring/leadership to successful sales teams
  • Strong sales and business development experience with a successful track record as an independent contributor
  • Demonstrated success as a sales team leader, with a track record of building teams that have met/exceeded their sales goals
  • Experience with selling SaaS-based solutions to Healthcare Systems and patient care settings
  • Knowledgeable across functional areas, including tech, sales, customer support, finance, and marketing
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with an analytical orientation

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve an annual sales quota of $1.25M within the assigned market
  • Mentor and lead the enterprise sales team in the acquisition of strategic, targeted accounts, coaching them on advanced selling skills and processes along the way
  • Accurate sales forecasting to support the attainment of revenue projections
  • Actively monitor procurement opportunities as well as a competitive intelligence in the marketplace
  • Assure effective communication between customers and internal teams
  • Secure new client relationships and grow market share
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate brand recognition, lead generation, and thought leadership in the industry
  • Assure effective management of timelines, resource dependencies, and related communication
