As the Events Coordinator, you will serve as the lead coordinator for all company events, including, without limitation, trade shows, Biotics Research sponsored seminars and Sales Representative trainings. You will also be responsible for the on-time delivery and set up of all related materials, prepare ongoing financial analysis of all events, identifying opportunities to improve ROI, and manage organization of the department through a project management system. In addition, you will manage employees in marketing printing (inside print house) and manage production graphic designers.
The position includes travel to events to provide on-site support.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-3 years event planning/management experience
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple events under the pressure of deadlines
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to build and present professional presentations as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Up to 10% travel is required

You might also have (only preferred):

  • Marketing experience, to ensure successful brand representation at events 
  • Experience in marketing and/or project management software tools

Your responsibilities as the Events Coordinator will include:

  • Handling all logistical components of a successful event
  • Negotiates and finalizes venue contracts for all events
  • Primary contact for third-party contractors’ for delivery scheduling of event booth, marketing, and related materials
  • Conducts pre-event meetings; communicates key details and objectives to the event team
  • Maintains/updates financial analysis for all events and proposes initiatives for improving ROI
  • Attends industry trade shows and company-sponsored seminars as needed, serving as the on-site company contact
  • Provides support for all related shipments of event supplies and collateral materials, as needed
  • Management of Marketing project management system
  • Oversight of print shop employees and print shop production of show materials
  • Management of production graphic design, as well as employees and production
