Executive Partner to Vice President of Corporate Solutions

As their Executive Partner to Vice President of Corporate Solutions, you will support the Executive Vice President by carrying out the organization’s mission to add value to leaders who multiply value in others. You will serve alongside the Executive Vice President to lead the company in sustainable growth and expansion by adding value to the internal team in which the Executive Vice President leads. As an highly organized individual, you must value integrity, trust, service, and relationships while also foster precision, promptness, and details, and living and breathing the culture of the organization both personally and professionally. The Executive Partner represents the Executive Vice President well both internally and externally and is the voice of the company when communicating to partners, vendors, and other partner organizations.

Your responsibilities as the Executive Partner to the Vice President of Corporate Solutions:        

  • Serve the Executive Vice President well in execution of his daily work and in all projects and requests as assigned
  • Assist the Executive Vice President with all organization and communication of new revenue projects and opportunities
  • Take, assemble, and organize notes for all meetings that the Executive Vice President attends and may, at his discretion, attend on his behalf. Pays particular attention to action items for Executive Vice President and assists in completing in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, and recording meeting discussions
  • Process all expense reports and be able to reconcile expenses with receipts
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint, Prizi, Word, or Excel
  • Answer, screen, and process incoming email etc. Goal for email support would be a same day response on all emails coming in before 2PM EST and at least a 24-hour turnaround on all emails
  • Participate in company meetings as required
  • Help in on-boarding new employees in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Protect and develop Maxwell Leadership culture at every level where Executive Vice President is represented
  • Employ others internally and externally through meaningful relationships to help them accomplish their tasks as set by the Executive Vice President
  • Follow up on projects and results with internal staff as directed by the Executive Vice President
  • Develop and maintain a warm, professional relationship with partners, vendors, and other Maxwell organizations, including the internal team
  • Responsible for scheduling and organization in calendar management and time management
  • Responsible for all travel arrangements and maintaining flexibility when adjustments are necessary
  • Equip partners, vendors, and teammates with knowledge and culture, and model effective behavior
  • Represent and protect the Maxwell Leadership brand internally and externally
  • Available, at times, after normal work hours to serve Executive Vice President
  • Some travel required
