Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team.

This position is responsible for the concepts, designs, and produces printed materials for internal and
external audiences that communicate Insperity’s products and services. Creates internal and external
marketing materials to support company events and internal communications. Assists management and other marketing staff in achieving department and company goals.


  • Designs printed company marketing materials for both internal and external audiences, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, event materials, print and digital ads, and emails.
  • Prepares press-ready files.
  • Creates electronic presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Creates marketing materials for company events and tradeshows.
  • Creates emails for internal and external audiences using email automation software.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of the company’s graphic standards.
  • Helps maintain quality and brand consistency across all printed company materials.
  • Provides guidance to other departments on maintaining brand consistency.
  • Helps organize and maintain the creative file library in a logical and orderly manner.
  • Maintains knowledge of current graphic design trends, techniques, and software.
  • Works with other marketing personnel to create materials that support department and company goals.


  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts or a related field is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in a design agency, advertising agency, or corporate design department is preferred. A portfolio with an emphasis on print design is required.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent knowledge of print design and production.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint), in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Comfortable working alone or as part of a team with the ability to complete projects accurately and on deadline.
  • Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent graphic design skills in areas including but not limited to original idea generation, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to work and communicate with vendors including printers, external design agencies, photographers, and illustrators.
  • An understanding of modern marketing methods.
  • Knowledge of web design, basic HTML, CSS, and animation is a significant plus.
