Are you a tech-savvy problem solver passionate about turning ideas into reality? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team and play a crucial role in bringing innovation to life!

Our client is a recognized global leading developer and implementor of Supply Chain Execution Systems, with worldwide offices, customers, and partners. The central application is an advanced, state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System with complementary packaged solutions that enable companies to optimize the performance of their Supply Chain. Our client’s vision is to provide best-of-breed, modular solutions that turn supply chain challenges into opportunities for operational excellence with a strong focus on creating value for its customers by lowering operating costs, improving customer service, and creating competitive advantages.

  • Strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server
  • Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel 20% – 30% of the time.

Your responsibilities as the Implementation Specialist will include:

  • Participating in defining system requirements for implementing the company’s suite of products in the Supply Chain Execution space.
  • Configuring and testing those products in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Developing and executing test plans for client projects.
  • Working with assigned developers where add-ons and customizations are required.
  • Preparing and supporting client acceptance testing.
  • Providing client training on-site and remotely on the use of the systems.
  • Preparing, executing, and supporting Go Live activities for clients on and off-site as needed.
  • Continue to monitor and assist clients post-go live with ongoing training and troubleshooting.
  • Working with the support team as necessary on supported live clients.
