Managing Director, Growth Analytics & Insights
We are currently seeking a  Managing Director, Growth Analytics & Insights to join our team. 

This position is responsible for creating data and analytics vision that enables the growth organization to capitalize on opportunities through assessing, consulting, and delivering growth analytics and insights necessary to advance the sales efficiency for the Company’s Core and Middle Market sales teams and sales efforts, Traditional Employment sales and marketing engagement opportunities. This position will work with both direct reports and across the enterprise to align resources and talent to ensure sales leaders have the insights they need to drive growth strategies aligned with the Company’s growth goals and objectives. 

Essential Functions

  • Engages with leadership across the growth organization and related stakeholders to understand business needs, strategic initiatives and guide development of analytics needed to support growth efforts.
  • Works with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure understanding of analytics data, sales results and apply those insights to increase sales efficiencies, capitalize on opportunities to improve methods and productivity and achieve growth objectives.
  • Drives development, measurements, and communication of key metrics to ensure growth performance against all strategic initiatives and key performance indicators for the growth organization.
  • Collaborates with growth senior leadership and management team members to develop analytics and insights to achieve sales efficiency.
  • Works with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Analytics and Data Engineering, to ensure data integrity, readiness, and accessibility.
  • Works collaboratively with Enterprise Analytics and related support teams to ensure advanced predictive analytics, data science initiatives, enterprise KPIs and analytical frameworks are delivered in support of sales goals and priorities. 
  • Provides strategic recommendations to sales leadership for future opportunities in sales and marketing.
  • Upholds Insperity’s cultural goals and demonstrates the values and mission of Insperity throughout the department and the Company.
  • Develops the leadership and technical skills of the team by coaching and mentoring leaders while setting expectations towards high standards and achieving results.  Leads teams to a greater understanding of business strategy and deep understanding of multiple functions of operations.
  • Leads multiple layers of leadership to attract and select future leaders for the company.
  • Develops, coaches, and leads data and analytics teams for sustained excellence in individual and team performance.
  • Analyzes team training needs and invests in employee development plans.
  • Measures feedback across stakeholder groups to recommend changes and improvements to the growth analytics & insights team.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • Ten or more years in a related field and leadership experience preferably in analytical or consulting roles are required. 
  • Sales CRM or Salesforce data analytics and reporting experience is preferred. 


  • Experienced applying advanced analytics and market intelligence to strategic sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact and work with a diverse group of executives, managers, and team members to facilitate conversations that lead to recommendations and decisions that support the business.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams, and initiatives for proven outcomes.
  • Excellent HR management skills and knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Ability to assess and balance the needs of the department with those of the company to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to look at situations with critical and systemic thinking, taking into consideration the larger context including competing pressures, resource constraints and anticipated change. 
  • Takes accountability to implement change, create momentum, and seek approval for solutions that deliver long-term positive results.
  • Excellent presentation, group facilitation skills with the ability to communicate at all management levels. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability; dealing with conflicts and problems constructively; communicating and presenting ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing. 
  • Establishing working relationships and interacting effectively with a wide range of people; working independently with limited direction; and maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to comprehend and lead complex business issues across multiple types of business models and functions
