Our client is a busy Vascular Surgery practice with 18+ providers and 9 office locations in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. They seek a Front Desk Patient Services Representative in their East Cobb office. Ideally, you should have a positive attitude and be a highly motivated self-starter who can manage time well and multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must work well with others and exhibit compassion and exemplary customer service skills when dealing with patients.
Medical Front Desk Patient Services Representative

As the highly visible Front Desk Patient Services Representative, you’ll be our client’s first impression, the voice of the organization to those calling on the phone, and the face of the company to those visiting the office. But, this job is about more than answering phones and being friendly; your initiative and organizational skills will keep the office running at top performance, while your enthusiasm and ideas will shape the environment where the staff work.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and screening patients
• Check-in and check-out Sign in
• Scheduling appointments
• Scanning patient-related documents
• Taking payments, posting charges daily batch reconciliation
• Obtaining referrals, orders, and authorizations for services rendered in the office
Required qualifications:
• High school or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service or medical office experience
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical scheduling experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
