Our client is a busy Vascular Surgery practice with 18+ providers and 9 office locations in the Northwest Metro Atlanta area. They seek a patient scheduling representative to join the team in their centralized call center, which can be performed from their Marietta office. Ideally, you should have experience with phones.
Medical Scheduling Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls daily
- Scheduling patients in all office locations
- Registering patients over the phone
- Reviewing, working, and indexing faxes
- Make outgoing calls to reach out to patients that need rescheduling
Required qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service or medical office experience
- Basic computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- High call volume experience
- Medical scheduling experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
