Middle Market National Accounts District Administrator

We are currently seeking a  Middle Market National Accounts District Administrator to join our team.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing the Middle Market National Accounts team with the support and resources needed to maximize sales opportunities by working with prospects and Sales personnel in order to process the closing of all sales opportunities efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under general supervision and moderate decision-making:

  • Interacts with Sales personnel and management in regard to bids, reports, information, correspondence and closing documents.
  • Takes responsibility for the submittal of closing documents. Acts as final reviewer of all completed sales packages prior to submittal.
  • Acts as resource for Middle Market National Accounts team and point of contact for prospects during closing process.
  • Interacts with National Accounts sales team and management during end of sales month to ensure proper booking of new national accounts.
  • Coordinates responses to prospect/Business Performance Advisor/Business Performance Consultant/Solutions Specialist inquiries (phone/email) ensuring they receive timely responses.
  • Develops and maintains spreadsheets and databases for analysis and interpretation of data relating to National Accounts.
  • Establishes and implements effective requirements practices and looks for opportunities for continuous improvement of the process. Assists with the development of the organization’s requirements, policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Answers questions and helps resolve issues related to sales process, policies and procedures, and new client onboarding.
  • Submits enrollment fee checks in order for Sales personnel to receive commission.
  • Generates, compiles and creates sales activity numbers and reports.
  • Provides recommendations for streamlining processes and increasing sales efficiencies for National Accounts.
  • Handles a variety of sensitive situations and confidential materials with appropriate discretion.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in related field is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

  • Proven problem solving skills. Proficient in using Word and Excel; working knowledge of database computer programs. Able to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
