As the Operations Specialist, NSF and Exceptions, you will be responsible for the NSF decisions of all DDA accounts, large check review, escheatment, duplicate check review and post COD interest checks.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Director Client, Premier Navigator, Federal Reserve System, Access Manager, Vantiv IQ.
Ability to use a calculator and other standard office equipment.
Ability to travel occasionally.

Requirements:

Process NSF items decisions for DDA accounts.

Process extensive check review for amounts between $2,500 – $4,999.99.

Process COD interest checks.

Process Exception Item Module (EIM) items in Fiserv.

Process escheatment.

Process Social Security Administration verification request.

Review, research, and communicate the Savings Accounts Deficit report results.

Serves as backup to others within the department with various other departmental tasks, as needed.
