Outreach Coordinator

An Office-Based Position (Indianapolis, IN area)

The Outreach Coordinator provides support to the Assessment Coordinator and other administrators and counselors. The Outreach Coordinator teams with administrators to build relationships with parents and students to mitigate gaps in performance due to learning loss. Travel 25% for testing and meetings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

  • Provide Title I required communications to families and students
  • Provide social media support to the Community Engagement Specialist
  • Monitor attendance line and special situations
  • Troubleshoot attendance and testing issues to provide support to families
  • Assists with assessment logistics to parents and students
  • Provide communication to HCCA’s special populations group as needed
  • Coordinate all direct mailings, including progress reports, postcards and testing information
  • Coordinate in-person events



·         Bachelor’s Degree(s) OR Equivalent combination of education and experience


  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Web proficiency, Excel
  • Database experience
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Ability to clear required background check


  • Proven record of timely successful task/project completion
  • Ability to learn and experience using varied, fast-changing systems.
  • Strong initiative and innovative leadership
