Outreach Specialist for Clinical Trials

As the Outreach Specialist, you will conduct proactive research and work with leadership to identify and prioritize target investigational sites for participation in clinical trials (e.g. community based clinics, hospitals, etc.)
Your primary responsibilities as the Outreach Specialist will include:
- Develop close relationships to a large number of high quality, motivated investigational sites with high recruitment potential
- Interacts with internal and external personnel to coordinate the collection of site feasibility data and contributes to the development and maintenance of the Investigator/Site Networks database to build a comprehensive list of investigational sites
- Demonstrate ability to conduct effective prospecting outreach by following up on site recruitment efforts
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to manager/leadership and ensure all activity is maintained in the required reporting database
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Maintain solid knowledge of all ONCOtherapeutics operational capabilities
- Other duties as they may arise within the position
You should have:
- Bachelor’s of Science
- One (1) year’s relevant sales or marketing experience, preferred
- Hematology / Oncology experience desired but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements, while providing attention to detail and high-quality work
- Knowledge of the CRO or related industries, preferred
- Be an exceptional team player
