Processing Team Specialist

We are currently seeking a Processing Team Specialist to join our team.

This position is the subject matter expert for their clients’ ongoing processes. This role ensures we are delivering timely and accurate information to each participant.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary contact for client and participant level recordkeeping system inquiries.
  • Responsible for the timely processing of the weekly contribution files including, coordination with Finance and other Company areas as needed.
  • Executes necessary changes to all the systems affected when a plan document amendment is executed.
  • Performs timely and accurate processing of de-conversions, plan terminations and plan freezes including, coordination with and communication to clients, third party administrators and other internal Company areas.
  • Primary contact for the processing of annual required minimum distributions.
  • Primary contact responsible for enhancement and release testing on the OmniPlus and DefCon systems.
  • Responsible for the quality review of the Associate Plan Analyst’s work product.
  • Assists in the resolution of participant and plan level issues escalated from the Contact Center, Sales and other Company internal areas.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two or more years’ experience in the retirement services field is required.
