Product Analyst, Digital Experience

We are currently seeking a Product Analyst, Digital Experience to join our team.

Summary

This position is responsible for helping drive transformation via various digital technologies. Performs analysis responsible for the evaluation and support of various technologies, tools and platforms used within the organization. This position will support the technological growth of the organization in all areas of business using emerging technologies and tools. Gathers business and systems requirements into specifications and conducts process mapping

Responsibilities:

• Supports technologies assigned to Digital Experience (NEXUS, Pendo, and others).

• Evaluates tools/systems/platforms for various projects and initiatives.

• Identifies areas where technology can be used to improve and/or transform business processes.

• Provides support and reports on various organization-wide strategic initiatives and digital

transformation projects (e.g., data, analytic, and insights to support the Digital Experience Product

Manager).

• Trains end-users, content owners, and other system users.

• Reports on emerging technologies and their business cases.

• Assists in defining and executing proof of concepts that will lead to digital transformation strategies.

• Documents business and system requirements of various projects and initiatives.

• Defines report requirements, analyzes feature performance, submits recommendations based on

findings and implements ongoing proactive changes.

• Works with Sales and delivery teams to create and deliver internal client presentations and

demonstrations.

• Conducts meetings/strategy discussions with business and vendor teams to review requirements,

collaborate, address open issues and questions and close gaps.

• Engages in prioritization and problem-solving with technical resources to deliver robust solutions as

quickly as possible.

• Represents business interests and ensures that all technical designs meet or exceed business

needs.

• Drives toward on-time, quality deliverables in a complex and dynamic business environment while

actively managing stakeholder expectations.

• Consults with other business unit owners on project related application issues. Compiles and

analyzes data related to user needs and requirements and makes recommendations on application

enhancements and/or escalates the issue to appropriate personal for resolution.

• Develops documentation and trains alongside peers and colleagues who will ultimately assume

responsibility for the work product. Writes, edits, proofreads and distributes communication on these

efforts in accordance with the established standards of quality service to internal clients

• Documents all operational processes and procedures to optimize support and management of the

Digital Transformation.

• Identifies new data sources as needed to help ensure robust, well-rounded analysis.

• Works with Product Managers to produce technology road map and design documents including

functionality, business processes, interfaces and technical environments.

• Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

• Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

• Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work

experience is required.

• Five or more years of experience with digital business automation or digital transformation systems

and software in service/HR industry is required.

• Experience working in a services or consulting organization is required.

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present complex ideas in a straightforward and

understandable manner.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Business maturity, flexibility, and ability

to work independently in absence of direct supervision and effectively with multiple deadlines and

narrow time constraints.

• Ability to form strong relationships and establish credibility and trust.

• A strong eye for UX, and ability to create intuitive and useful products and processes.

• Knowledge of system design, development, and effective testing methods.

• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface comfortably with colleagues and

business partners.

• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

• Ability to lead, produce, and sequence activities for a project and produce deliverables at a high-quality.

• Ability to explore and experiment with new contacts and ability to communicate innovative ideas.

• Proven customer service skills, strong meeting facilitation skills, and team interaction and detail oriented organizational skills.

• Displays mental agility and adaptability in an ever changing and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and be a self-starter.
