The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City, faith-driven and Christ-centered, promotes collaborative and innovative partnerships with individuals and organizations in an unrelenting quest to provide adequate shelter for all people in need throughout the New York Metropolitan Area.
We are seeking a Program Manager – Family Services who will be responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing family services programs for a non-profit organization.
Compensation: 20/hr 

Your essential duties and responsibilities as our Program Manager – Family Services will include:.

  • Manage and direct family services programs.
  • Establish new program activities.
  • Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed.
  • Review and evaluate staff performance and develop strategies to motivate staff to achieve goals.
  • Develops, manages, and controls budgets related to the position.
  • Ensures program operates within budget and that program fees are collected.
  • Oversee and implement outreach programs.
  • Ensure safety procedures followed.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with other organizations.
  • Responds to family services inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintains proper records/department files.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Stellar planning and organizational skills
  • Exemplary problem solving skills
