ONCOtherapeutics is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) with a unique focus in the therapeutic area of oncology. We are a strategic CRO running multiple clinical trials in community oncology sites throughout the United States (US). We provide necessary support to major biopharmaceutical companies throughout the US to successfully run, enroll and completion of clinical trials. Research Site Specialist

As the Research Site Specialist, you will conduct proactive research and work with leadership to identify and prioritize target investigational sites for participation in clinical trials (e.g. community based clinics, hospitals, etc.)

Your primary responsibilities as the Research Site Specialist will include:

  • Develop close relationships to a large number of high quality, motivated investigational sites with high recruitment potential
  • Interacts with internal and external personnel to coordinate the collection of site feasibility data and contributes to the development and maintenance of the Investigator/Site Networks database to build a comprehensive list of investigational sites
  • Demonstrate ability to conduct effective prospecting outreach by following up on site recruitment efforts
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to manager/leadership and ensure all activity is maintained in the required reporting database
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative KPIs
  • Maintain solid knowledge of all ONCOtherapeutics operational capabilities
  • Other duties as they may arise within the position

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s of Science/equivalent and 2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
  • Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, as well as a team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements, while providing attention to detail and high-quality work
  • One (1) year’s relevant sales or marketing experience, preferred
  • Knowledge of the CRO or related industries, preferred
  • Hematology / Oncology experience, preferred
  • Be an exceptional team player
