Sales Performance Improvement Specialist

We are currently seeking a Sales Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. 

This position will coordinate the operational aspects of training workshops. 

Essential Functions
Under moderate supervision and moderate decision-making:

  • Works with Sales Performance Managers to design preferred meeting room set-up for training workshops.  Communicates and coordinates with facilities to ensure the optimal learning environment for training events.
  • Works with the Sales Performance Managers to develop agenda for training workshops.  Coordinates distribution of agenda for awareness to designated corporate employees.  Creates and sends meeting invites to auditors and presenters,
  • Works with the Sales Performance Managers to make meal selections during training workshops and plan evening activities.  Communicates and coordinates with vendors and caterer on selections.
  • Orders, purchases and tracks inventory of training incentives for participants, including but not limited to, books, medals, gift cards and other incentives.
  • Coordinates the operational logistics of Sales Management training workshops including, correspondence, travel arrangements, training room set-up, meals, special activities and agendas.
  • Maintains positive vendor relationships.  Maintains vendor contracts and expenses.
  • Demonstrates the Company’s values and mission

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma is required.  A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • One to two-years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required


  • Should be familiar with modern office methods, practices, procedures and equipment, as well as filing systems and business letter writing; competent in correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and arithmetic; working knowledge of computing principles and data processing techniques; knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing; exceptional organizational skills; good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Additional knowledge and skill need for success are: problem solving ability; dealing with conflicts and problems constructively; communicating and presenting ideas clearly and concisely, orally and in writing at a level necessary for satisfactory job performance; establishing working relationships and interacting effectively with a  wide range of people; working with moderate direction; and maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment; communicating tactfully and effectively, both verbally and in writing; and proficiency in MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
