Salesforce CRM-A Architect
We are currently seeking a Salesforce CRM-A Architect to join our team! This position is responsible for building scalable reporting and analytics solutions for Insperity teams using the Salesforce CRM Analytics product. You will work with business partners, the data engineering and data science teams, and leadership teams to develop analytics solutions that provide valuable insights on various performance metrics across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
• Works closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and visualization needs and translates them into appropriate analytics tools.
• Develops processes and tools to monitor data quality and analyze business performance.
• Acts as the enterprise Salesforce CRM Analytics expert, staying abreast of new product releases and technologies that impact the platform.
• Works across the enterprise to understand and help orchestrate the full landscape of CRMA assets in development or operation by various reporting and analytics teams.
• Architects, develops, and uses a variety of datasets to find opportunities for product and process optimization.
• Architects and develops a variety of analytic instruments (models, simulations, etc.) to test and validate the effectiveness of different courses of action.
• Works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data and non-structured domain knowledge to drive business solutions.
• Acts as a key stakeholder in defining strategies for data capture, hygiene, and utilization.
• Leads, defines and manages analytics releases, builds functional specifications for future analytics needs and represents the divisions and departments to ensure high-level technical design and project teams meet the defined schedules.
• Works with divisions and departments, applicable employees and development teams during the design, development, test, training and launch phases of the analytics release cycle.
• Ensures all customer and quality requirements are satisfied in the analytics product delivery.
• Acts as the CRMA subject matter expert in the organization, staying abreast of product releases.
• Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
• Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
• Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology or a related field is required
• Three to five years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and Tableau
• Experience leading technical projects.
• CRMA certification required.
• Certification or experience with other business intelligence (BI), extract-transform-load (ETL), CRM Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of dashboard/user experience (UX) design and aesthetics for mobile and desktop.
• Competency in reading and writing Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• Competency in developing ETL processes for dataset preparation and management.
• Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM).
• Competency with developing stories in Einstein Discovery.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Working knowledge of data modeling.
• Competency in administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics.


Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $78,000-$90,600.
