They have been serving several athletes with their expertise, management, consulting, and organization, working their way to the top of their industry. They support young golf talents, negotiating and activating partnerships with brands that have an interest in leveraging golf as a sports marketing platform.

Our client has succeeded in building and establishing the international golf community – even in the most difficult markets. They own and promote events, and have been able to advise companies large and small on maximizing the ROI of their golf spend. They have managed the careers of several major champions in men’s and women’s games.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will support the client’s focus on a PGA TOUR Title partnership, along with the client’s season-long PGA TOUR tournament activations, inclusive of an in-market B2B experiential footprint.


To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • 4+ years of related work experience, ideally in sports and lifestyle sponsorship marketing
  • Knowledge of golf landscape
  • People-centric with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Sponsorship experience around content, brand management, and media integrations
  • Self-starter with experience balancing business acumen with creativity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, etc.) a plus
  • Travel: Up to 40%


Your responsibilities as the Senior Account Manager will include:


Client & Project Management

  • Exceptional understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives which allows for complete ownership of client & agency relationships and growth 
  • Develop and execute activation strategies 
  • Oversee technology integration opportunities and proactively engage partners for more opportunities.
  • Analyze and synthesize relevant qualitative and quantitative program data that clearly demonstrate program performance relative to client objectives. This includes, but not limited to, managing assets appropriately to develop comprehensive reporting that allows for measurable success from the outset of programs.
  • Interface with client CRM products to build streamlined processes and systems for global activation
  • Develop best practices for client programming



  • Understand and be an active participant in maximizing sponsorship assets for client
  • Manage project budgets
  • Primary contact across official tournament partnerships and project planning for planned activation
  • Season Long event support



  • Work directly with client sales and marketing team to build and track ROI modeling against program investment
  • Develop and execute assets tracking and optimization plan for sponsorship
