As the Senior Credit Analyst, you will review new customer credit applications, complete the account set up in NetSuite, review Dunn & Bradstreet report as well as customer financial statements to determine creditworthiness, and assign credit limits. You will also review credit lines on existing accounts, orders on hold for release throughout the day, send credit card links and charge credit cards, assist with payment processing, support the team with delinquency reduction and loss minimization through collection calls and emails with our customers, and dispute identification and management.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail on a continuous basis and the ability to uphold Millennium policies and procedures with minimum impact on our customers and sales team.

·         Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with customers/personnel at all organizational levels in independent and often stressful and ambiguous situations.

·         Strong decision-making skills: the ability to influence internal personnel.

·         Familiarity with Dunn & Bradstreet reports or similar credit reporting agencies.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience reviewing and analyzing financial statements to determine creditworthiness and give a recommendation of the suggested credit limit.

·         Previous experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP system.

·         General understanding of vehicle titling.

·         Experience in the Utility/Construction field is a plus.

·         B.A. in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.

As the Senior Credit Analyst, you will:

·         Be the support person for Millennium, Millennium Leasing, and Geospatial

·         Maintain the automated credit application form and liaison with IT to implement changes to our credit application.

·         Processing customer credit applications

·         Follow up with assigned past-due accounts in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Twenty-four-hour turnaround time processing credit applications
