What You’ll Do

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Services Product Manager to join our team to drive the development and delivery of our Field Services & Reverse Logistics services portfolio. And because you’re a product manager by default, you’re also a communicator, planner, visionary, shaper, conflict manager, and oh-so-much more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the services roadmap, develop new service offerings, and execute strategic initiatives to grow our services business. You will implement upstream tactics for service development and downstream go-to-market tactics for launches to ensure service products meet the stated corporate goals. You will act as a central hub for critical information, continuously gathering and analyzing data and business intelligence to make informed decisions about the market, competitors, customers, prospects, and industries. This is a core service business management function and a mix of product marketing, business development, and product management functions. The role collaborates with operations, information technology, marketing, and sales in decision-making regarding these services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building innovative service solutions, a strong customer focus, and a track record of delivering successful product launches.

Who You Are:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

·       7+ years of experience in B2B services product management

·       Experience in field services or reverse logistics required

·       Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions

·       A motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

·       Passion for customer success and delivering exceptional customer experiences

·       Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·       Collaborative, flexible, and open-minded.  Able to thrive in a team-based environment. 

Your Specific Responsibilities as Senior Services Product Manager Will Include:

·       Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine existing services and define new services opportunities, prioritizing the development of these new offerings

·       Develop and execute the services product roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic goals

·       Develop pricing and packaging strategies that align with customer needs and the competitive landscape

·       Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, solutions, operations, and client services, to develop and launch new services offerings

·       Act as a subject matter expert on the services portfolio, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external customers as needed

·       Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the services portfolio and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and growth

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the services portfolio remains competitive and innovative

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
