Strategic Alliances Manager

 

We are currently seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team. 

 

Summary
This position is responsible for the development, execution and evaluation of co-marketing initiatives with partner stakeholders to develop, manage and drive revenue growth.
 

Essential Functions
Under limited supervision and much decision-making:
 

  • Establishes and maintains exceptional partner relationships with the necessary partner stakeholders for the purpose of designing and executing co-marketing initiatives to develop, manage and drive revenue growth.
  • Establishes and drives alliance program strategy and new business opportunities with targeted industry/partner communities.
  • Defines partnership/market requirements, produces qualitative and quantitative analysis of program performance, aggregates feedback, explores new strategic opportunities.
  • Develops and executes business plans for establishing key partnerships to support revenue growth objectives.
  • Assists in negotiating corporate wide agreements with strategic alliances.
  • Identifies, recruits and enables alliance partners that support key go-to-market initiatives necessary to accelerate growth, promote access to value added capabilities and enter new markets.
  • Collaborates with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with alliance partnerships, frequently leading or assisting sales teams/program managers in customer/prospect discussions with our strategic partners.
  • Maintains direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate.
  • Produces partnership reports to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) from alliance partners.
  • Maintains knowledge of competitors to strategically position Insperity solutions within various industry verticals.
  • Manages the strategy for alliance trade shows and other high-profile events.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
  • Five years of experience in developing and managing strategic alliance sales and/or marketing programs are required. 

Knowledge/Skills

  • Demonstrated digital marketing experience building and managing inbound and outbound integrated email-centric marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in driving lead generation efforts within digital strategic alliances.
  • Deep understanding of, and experience with, modern marketing models including lead scoring, pipeline design, and automated campaign frameworks.
  • Expert at using analytics and data to make impactful marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Eloqua, Oracle, and business/marketing analytics platforms.
  • Project management experience including the ability to plan, manage, organize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions and judgments relating to assigned projects and other responsibilities in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to effectively execute and make effective recommendations to marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and to exercise strong judgment in analyzing and solving problems of a difficult nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information in business terms.
  • Solid teamwork skills, as well as ability to work independently and effectively with a wide range of people.
