They seek a Systems Administrator / Project Manager with experience in enterprise software administration and software development. You will work closely with their internal team to design, configure, and implement our enterprise ERP and CRM software and other internal and external software.

To thrive, you should have:

  • 2 plus years of experience in enterprise software administration
  • Solid project management skills and a strong technical background.
  • Strong communication skills and acumen for keen conflict management and negotiating.
  • Relevant experience in Project Management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Solid problem-solving and risk-analysis skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with interoperability between disparate systems.
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your responsibilities as the Systems Program Manager will include the following:

  • Manage schedules and align forecasts to meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain the ERP and CRM systems, including application configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end-users.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure system stability and availability.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure system adoption and usage.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies and procedures.
