Technology Communications & Readiness Manager

We are currently seeking a Technology Communications & Readiness Manager to join our team.


Summary

This position is responsible for leveraging industry and technical expertise to drive customer readiness and enable teams to optimize Salesforce. This role works closely with product design and development, helping drive customer success, addressing key needs, and building connected, secure, efficient, and scalable solutions to support Salesforce utilization. Also responsible for supporting executive thought leadership internally and externally by developing and executing on a differentiated communications strategy across key industry stakeholders and promoting and educating teams on Salesforce industry approach and capabilities to ensure a consistent and accurate experience for customers (internal end-users, leaders and contributors). Creates Business Procedure, Training, and Communication strategy. Finds new and creative ways to deliver Salesforce message to business teams.


Essential Functions

• Researches and finds the most impactful customer and internal stories from across the industry, engages with other teams to synthesize key talking points and messages across the company and aligns messaging with the strategic vision and goals of the company.

• Develops operational readiness playbook, system availability matrices, and facilitates Go/No Go meetings after testing.

• Identifies obstacles and collaborates with teams to uncover mitigations.

• Collaborates with business leaders and end-users to jointly build a plan for readiness within Insperity.

• Collects and incorporates feedback from Field Operations into future messaging and enablement processes.

• Communicates release health, changes and impacts to sponsors and business partners.

• Coordinates internal and external communications including employee, cross-line of business and regions, customer, vendor, contractor, and others as required.

• Partners with the relevant personnel to coordinate with IT Release Management and Testing throughout the release process (scope lock, change controls, code entry, UAT, deployment, and post-deployment including any defects and resolution).

• Partners with relevant personnel to leverage subject matter expert knowledge; collaborates with business to develop Salesforce learning approach focused on driving effective, differentiated conversations around Salesforce enabling the business. Ensures close alignment of Salesforce training objectives and Insperity’s overall Salesforce strategy.

• Partners with the relevant personnel to design and develop mentoring programs to drive defined skills.

• Participates in coaching channels, as deemed required by Digital Adoption leadership, to ensure teams have and are applying appropriate Salesforce tools, resources, procedures and understand the benefits of their Salesforce utilization. Works with the business to scope and deliver an action plan to mitigate suboptimal Salesforce utilization.

• Drives a consistent approach to obtaining and consolidating Salesforce feedback to regularly identify areas of improvement in solutions training and messaging, while working cross-functionally to develop a plan to rapidly close any gaps.

• Partners with the business and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure collaboration with partners is an organized, aligned approach on Salesforce optimization.

• Identifies and manages changes in processes, procedures and practices that are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits while working with the business leadership.

• Measures and monitors Salesforce business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) affected by change.

• Manages the ongoing communication and relationship with business partners impacted by Salesforce. Conducts monthly pulse-checks to continue to review Salesforce optimization at the work, worker, and workplace levels.

• Creates, manages, and executes an enablement strategy tied to key Salesforce enablement opportunities.

• Collaborates with industry strategy and solution leads and industry marketing to create enablement BoM for industry priority scenarios to drive field readiness.

• Collaborates with WW Learning and WW role owners to jointly build a plan for readiness within Corporate and Area levels.

• Leads Digital Adoption projects and consults with project sponsors, subject matter experts, end-users, vendors and/or other stakeholders. Plans and runs project meetings, presents strategies and recommendations, and provides ongoing communications. Follows established work processes to complete needs analyses, create project plans, develop performance objectives and interview end users.

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor

• Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is required.

• Five to ten years of experience in Executive Communications, Technology/Service Readiness, managing complex processes and change management teams, Program Management and Project Management is required.

• Two to five years of experience in change management role and/or related areas is required
