We seek a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Tradeshow & Events Manager to coordinate in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, training sessions, and sales conferences. You will be part of the Neutrik Americas Marketing team, working closely with Sales and other key stakeholders across the organization.
Your responsibilities as the Tradeshow and Events Manager will include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all trade show-related inquiries.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate Neutrik Americas’ involvement in conferences, events, training sessions, exhibitions, sales conferences, or seminars.
- Coordinate the design and production of trade show booths or displays, including selecting booth furniture, flooring materials, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for multiple trade shows simultaneously, including but not limited to exhibit space, travel, hotel accommodations, onsite services, and shipping.
- Manage and coordinate lead collection process for events.
- Create detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met, and no details are overlooked.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure all event details are handled correctly.
- Develop and execute effective event promotion strategies through social media, email, digital and print advertising, online landing pages, and other relevant channels. Coordinate the event’s setup, including hiring contractors to help set up exhibits, booths, and other materials.
- Manage all meetings, scheduling, and communications.
- Plan social/networking events at trade events and training events in our Charlotte regional office.
- Collect post-event feedback and compile reports documenting successes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices for the accounting department.
To thrive, you should have:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in corporate event planning within a B2B environment, including experience coordinating both in-person and virtual events.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Demonstrable experience in event facilitation and coordination, with a passion for building collaborative relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling event promotion strategies and materials for internal and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred
- English/Spanish is a plus
