Our client is a leading HVAC manufacturer representative, serving the commercial, industrial, and residential markets throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. The product type ranges from grilles and diffusers to VAV Terminal units, sheet metal products, and specialty air handling equipment. In addition, they provide industrial fans and laboratory/critical airflow controls. Their sales engineers and support staff are equipped to handle all their customer’s heating, cooling, and ventilation needs.

You Should Have:

  • 1+ years of recent warehouse experience
  • HS Diploma/GED

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will include:        

  • Effectively communicates with HMI Leadership, the HMI Sales Team, and the customer base.
  • Deploys and maintains standardized usage of NetSuite.
  • Manages the resources to maximize customer satisfaction and improve productivity and profitability.
  • Ensures overall CLT Warehouse teamwork, excellence, and growth.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Safety of the CLT Location.
  • Receiving, Shipping, and Placement of material in the CLT Location.
  • Maintaining and Ordering Inventory for the CLT Location.
  • Increasing customer awareness and usage of the CLT Location.
  • Providing exemplary customer service for the HMI CLT Warehouse location;
  • Is actively involved in the local service community, industry organizations, and charity organizations and face-to-face networking with technical schools, community colleges, and local businesses.
  • Inspect inventory for defects or damages upon receipt from the factory or before handing to customers
  • Fulfill and check customer orders
  • Operate forklifts with certification (certification not required for position but required for forklift operation)
