Accounting Clerk

As our Accounting Clerk, you will be an integral part of our finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations. 


You Should Have:

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience managing billable hours and inventory
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and familiarity with project management software (a plus)


Your responsibilities as the Accounting Clerk will include:

  • Manage and track billable hours for employees and contractors
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and prepare invoices
  • Coordinate with project managers to gather billable hours data
  • Maintain and audit accurate inventory records
  • Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels
