Advisor Salesforce CRMA Developer

We are currently seeking a Advisor CRMA Developer to join our team. This position is responsible for building scalable reporting and analytics solutions for Insperity teams using the Salesforce CRM Analytics product. Works with business partners, the data engineering and data science teams, and leadership teams to develop analytics solutions that provide valuable insights on various performance metrics across the enterprise.

Responsibilities 

    • Designs, develops, and delivers analytics solutions with consideration for functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
    • Manages the integration of Salesforce with other systems and application to transform data into meaningful information.
    • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize efficiency.
    • Utilizes advanced data visualization tools for information retrieval, reporting, and assessing operational performance and business effectiveness to satisfy new and evolving business and reporting needs.
    • Designs new metrics for key business decisions.
    • Develops processes and tools to monitor data quality and analyze business performance.
    • Ensures all customer and quality requirements are satisfied in the analytics product delivery. 
    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
    • Adopts Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to optimize CRM and analytics capabilities.
    • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company Goals.
    • Help other employees to accomplish Insperity Company Goals.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
    • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.


Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field is required. 
    • Five years of related work is required including experience leading technical projects.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience with large datasets, BI, data analytics, and CRMA visualization tools – Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CRM Analytics, and Tableau.
    • CRM Analytics related certification required.
    • Salesforce Trailhead Certification required.
    • Experience with other business intelligence (BI), extract-transform-load (ETL), CRM Analytics, and reporting tools.
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
    • Expertise in integrating Salesforce data and external data into Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM using datasets, data recipes.
    • Highly skilled with Salesforce LWC, Salesforce APIs, SAQL and SOQL. Competency in reading and writing Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using structured and unstructured data (ex: JSON).
    • Strong skills in visualization design and dashboard development using BI tools such as Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM and Tableau.
    • Understanding of data modeling concepts and working experience in data analytics using sophisticated data exploration skills to provide insights to business users.
    • Understanding of dashboard/user experience (UX) design and aesthetics for mobile and desktop.
    • Competency in developing ETL processes for dataset preparation and management.
    • Working knowledge of data modeling.
    • Competency in administering, configuring, and securing CRM Analytics.
    • Strong problem-solving  and analytical skills.
