Agency Temp Corporate Communications Manager (Workday)

We are currently seeking a Agency Temp Corporate Communication Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and executing messaging and public relationships on behalf of the Company.  Target audiences include Insperity employees and leaders, worksite employees, clients, prospects, and media through an enterprise-wide approach and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manages execution of comprehensive internal communications plans and strategies to drive engagement, build public trust, positively shape the corporate reputation, boost employee morale, and drive results.
  • Develops relevant messaging for each stakeholder, including but not limited to flagship services and products, Insperity Corporate, Workforce Optimization (WO), Workforce Acceleration (WX), Middle Market (MM) employees, and Insperity leaders.  
  • Participates in the Corporate Communications Council (CCC) comprised of senior leaders from across all relevant divisions, including Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Service Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Citizenship, Health & Welfare, and any other relevant areas.
  • Develops messaging for company media spokespersons and facilitates execution.
  • Communicates consistent message to all stakeholders to ensure standardized approach and understanding both inside the organization and to the public.
  • Participates in editorial review and provides recommendations of strategic messaging and corporate material:  internal, clients, partners, prospects, and external. Develops communications best practices.
  • Manages special projects and initiatives that may impact Corporate Communications internally and externally.
  • Works collaboratively within the Corporate Communications team on aligning messaging.
  • Works closely with other departments and divisions to understand the audience mindset to create, improve, and maintain effective company-wide and targeted audience messages.
  • Serves a as a Corporate ambassador to Insperity’s cultural goals in all communication messaging on behalf of the company.
  • Manages high volume of requests and directions.
  • Ensures adherence to approval processes, templates, and brand guidelines.
  • Manages projects from conception to conclusion on time and within budget.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, English, Advertising, Marketing, a related field, or four years of related work experience is required. 
  • Five to seven years of Communications/Corporate Affairs experience is required.
  • Knowledge of the PEO industry is preferred.
  • Superb written and oral presentation skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Extremely organized and detailed oriented. 
  • Proficient in research, writing and editing. 
  • Self-directed, curious, and hard-working attitude.
