Therefore, they seek self-motivated professionals who will drive revenue to prosper from their impressive compensation plan. If you are an overachieving sales rep who sells capital equipment to ophthalmologists, optometrists, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or medical spas, our client wants to talk to you. They are not looking for the average salesperson, so they pay more than any company in the industry.
Depending on where you live, you may need to travel 1-2 nights per week. Our client will cover your hotel and related travel expenses.
As an individual contributor, you would report to the Regional Sales Director and drive the success of your territory to meet and exceed personal and team goals. You can achieve these goals through cold calling, demonstrations, and on-site visits to close sales. Additionally, you will develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships.
To thrive as the Area Sales Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience in medical capital equipment
- Proven track record of successful sales (president’s club, rookie of the year, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
