Business Applications Developer

Insperity Services, L.P. DBA Insperity in Kingwood, Texas seeks Business Applications Developer to work in Middleton, Wisconsin to work with constituent departments to fulfill application development, support, and maintenance requests using working knowledge of microsoft.net framework and associated development technologies, including visual studio, ASP.Net MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, Web API, and LINQ. Assist in scope definition and estimation of work effort while contributing to the business requirements gathering process. Work with the solution design team to ensure that design standards are followed using general knowledge of design patterns and principles, object oriented design (OOD), service-oriented architecture (SOA), as well as architectural concepts and the solid principles of object oriented development. Adhere to defined processes. Develop application code to fulfill project requests using proficiency in C# and working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML, XML and XSLT. Create technical documentation as required. Develop unit testing applications for release into production environment using working knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational concepts. Collaborate with business unit and business analysis personnel on the business requirements gathering process using knowledge of RWD responsive web design. Mentor development team members in technical complexities of assigned work.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field. Employer will accept one (1) year of experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Must have three (3) years of software development experience, including in or a combination thereof using C#, Solid Principles of Object, Oriented Development, Object-Oriented Design, or Service Oriented Architecture; and including one (1) year or a combination thereof with SQL server, T-SQL, or Relational Concepts; Javascript, JQuery, Angular, CSS, HTML, XML, or XSLT; and Visual Studio, ASP.NET, WCF, Entity Framework, Web API or LINQ.
