As the Client Associate/Senior Client Associate, you will deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients by managing critical needs, handling complex account operations, and supporting customized financial planning. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships, be a trusted point of contact, and ensure seamless client experiences. With excellent organizational and financial skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to uphold our commitment to unparalleled client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:       

  • 3+ years of experience in a client service role within wealth management or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial software
  • Series 65 and 66 licenses preferred
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly

 

Your responsibilities as the Client Associate/Senior Client Associate will include:        

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing prompt, personalized support for inquiries and addressing issues related to accounts, statements, transactions, and service requests.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their values and goals and acting as a trusted advisor who can communicate complex financial matters.
  • Account Management & Financial Coordination: Handle all aspects of client accounts, from openings to transfers and ongoing maintenance. Assist with documentation, trading requests, and account monitoring while preparing tailored investment reports and presentations.
  • Operational Expertise: Work closely with custodians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless account maintenance, including transfers, distributions, and cash management.
  • Exceptional Client Experiences: Proactively enhance client interactions by celebrating milestones and recognizing life events, delivering a personalized service that makes clients feel valued.
