You’ll play a hands-on role in managing our donor database, assisting with events, supporting donor communications, and keeping internal systems organized and efficient.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure accurate and up-to-date donor records in Salesforce.
- Process donations, prepare acknowledgments and receipts; generate reports and document CRM data procedures and data clean-up efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of national fundraising events and grassroots campaigns.
- Track event ticket sales, auction items, guest lists, sponsorships; coordinate event materials and support communication with attendees, vendors and volunteers.
- Assist in pulling data for donor stewardship touchpoints, research prospective donors, sponsors and fundraising partners.
- Support grassroots fundraising and peer-to-peer campaigns; maintain fundraising calendars and timelines.
- Assist with administrative scheduling, materials, presentation preparations, files, resources and webpage development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, public health or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in nonprofit development, administrative work, event planning or donor services preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Fundraising platform (Classy, DonorDrive) experience is a bonus.
Benefits:
This is a full-time, remote position based in the US with approximately 10% travel required for events and team meetings. We value our employees’ time and efforts. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive compensation of $45,000 – $55,000 annually along with a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, group life insurance, optional short- and long-term disability and additional life insurance, 30 days of paid time off annually (inclusive of vacation, sick, and personal time), paid holidays and a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match after six months of employment
