Your role- connect people and business
As our HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Neutrik Americas in Charlotte, you will serve as the primary on-site HR partner supporting the Neutrik Americas business in Charlotte.
You will operate in a global matrix structure, reporting locally to the Managing Director Neutrik Americas and functionally to the Head of Corporate HR based at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein.
Your focus will be supporting the Sales organization responsible for the North American market, alongside a growing Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team in Charlotte.
This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution. You will help shape the employee experience end-to-end—ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and built to support business performance in a fast-moving environment.

What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the U.S., ideally in a hands-on site environment
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and coaching
- Solid understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Supply Chain/Operations organizations strongly preferred
- Experience working in a matrixed and international organization preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence using HR metrics and data
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office required; SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
- Ability to support occasional international collaboration and limited business travel. Fluency in English required; German language proficiency preferred, with willingness to support international collaboration and occasional global travel

What you’ll do:
Partner with the business at Neutrik Americas
- Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders across the employee lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong on-site HR presence in Charlotte
- Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and performance management
- Bring structure, consistency, and reliability into day-to-day people topics
Drive employee relations & compliance
- Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, fairness, and consistency
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Partner with General Counsel and Corporate HR on investigations, documentation, and risk mitigation
- Maintain high standards in communication, documentation, and decision-making
Bring global HR programs to life locally
- Implement and locally adapt global HR processes and programs for Neutrik Americas, including performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programs
- Drive adoption through clear communication, practical guidance, and consistent follow-through
- Train and guide employees and leaders on HR processes, tools, expectations, and best practices to ensure understanding and consistent execution
- Continuously improve local execution based on feedback and business needs
Turn data into insight
- Analyze key HR metrics and trends
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership
- Maintain high standards of data quality and transparency
Collaborate across a global network
- Work closely with Corporate HR and international HR peers as member of Neutrik’s Global HR Team
- Contribute to global HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Represent Neutrik Americas perspective respective within a global organization
