TES Integration Solutions Manager
We are currently seeking a TES Integration Solutions Manager to join our team.
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for working with Insperity Traditional Employment Solutions (TES) clients to design, implement, and support integration workflows and technologies. Collaborates with internal Insperity teams, third-party technology and platform vendors, and client technology staff in order to achieve goals. Functions as an expert in TES technologies and integration strategies, methods, and platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leverages deep technology knowledge and HCM, ERP, POS, financial, and business domain experience to orchestrate integration projects and corresponding strategies between business, third-party vendors, and clients.
• Provides proof of concept by building sandbox systems and giving demonstrations to prospects, clients, or internal Insperity teams for full-scale integration solutions.
• Designs, builds, documents, and executes API integrations.
• Designs, builds, documents, and executes file-based integrations using common industry file-sharing platforms.
• Leverages third-party workflow and automation tools to build connectors and execute integration solutions.
• Leverages third-party tools to design, build, document and execute integration solutions.
• Works with clients to build, enable, and support Single Sign-On (SSO) from common industry Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Leads integration solution discovery. Listens critically as prospects, clients, and internal teams describe their technology integration requirements and business goals and analyzes needs to connect requirements and business goals.
• Leverages consulting skills to define scope, visualize, and document integration workflows in response to client requests.
• Identifies trends in prospect and client integration requests. Documents and shares them with product management to propose new integration avenues for long-term growth.
• Builds relationships of trust with clients, Insperity teams, and third-party vendors and functions as a subject matter expert.
• Selects proper integration methods and datasets from all available platforms, tools, and integration options available to TES clients.
• Configures and troubleshoots all integration options leveraging internal technology tools, third-party integration and development (iPaaS) platforms.
• Provides long-term integration support to clients and internal Insperity teams so they continue to meet strategic objectives as they grow and prosper.
• Builds relationships, mentors, and shares knowledge with Insperity Sales, Implementation, and Service teams. Forms and cements relationships with integration partners, working together with them to design, build, document, and execute integrations to their platforms or using the integration tools they provide.
• Communicates technical integration concepts and designs in non-technical language accessible to clients and non-technical internal teams..
• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of related work experience is required.
• Ten years of combined education and related work experience and eight years of direct experience in application integration are required.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Extensive knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and technology platforms.
• Ability to communicate the value of integration options during proof of concepts and integration feature demonstrations for prospects, enterprise clients, and internal teams.
• Technical writing and storytelling skills to create integration workflows, integration scope & needs analysis, process documentation, and training materials that are engaging and easy for non-technical clients and employees to follow.
• Strong proficiency with SSH file transfer protocols (SFTP), file encryption, and managing large files with sensitive data.
• Ability to oversee the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
• Knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
• Direct, hands-on experience with automated integration tools.
• Project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
• Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas.
• Strong proficiency working with Identity & Access Management (IAM) / SSO providers, authentication and authorization protocols, and integration development languages and methods.
• Knowledge of network protocols and standards.
• Strong understanding of end-user needs and client business requirements.
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Travels up to 10% of time
