As the Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize multiple software implementation projects by our companies’ project management standards. You will be involved direct communication with clients, coordination with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
To thrive as our Project Manager, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects, ideally ERP Systems.
- Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing and internal engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and managing multiple projects effectively.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
With your arsenal of skills and talents, you will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- Lead multiple software implementation projects, managing scope, budget, deliverables, and risks.
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring progress aligns with client goals and quality standards.
- Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and resource alignment.
- Prepare comprehensive project updates, including reports on health, progress, and budget-to-actuals.
