Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist
We are currently seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for working with the Director of Property & Casualty Services in the organization and maintenance of the W/C, EPLI and corporate insurance programs. Also, the position is responsible to assist internal and external clients with any questions as they relate to these programs. Finally, the position is responsible to maintain the corporate auto program.
Responsibilities:

Monitors International Travel team mailbox; maintains foreign travel database to monitor the length of travel; answers general foreign travel questions from clients and service personnel; advises International Support Desk of client travel approaching Insperity thresholds.

Assists clients in obtaining Defense Base Act coverage and/or W/C coverage in Guam when needed; submits monthly billing for those coverages to payroll specialists for billing to clients.

Monitors EPLI team mailbox; provides responses to routine internal and external customer requests;

Following submission of EPLI claims, obtains information related to Insperity relationships (client and WSEE) and provides same to EPLI carrier’s representative through litigation database.

Maintains corporate auto insurance program, including providing insurance cards, maintaining accurate driver information in the third-party motor vehicle record system, and assisting in the claim process after auto accidents have occurred.

Maintains information related to corporate insurance policies and programs (e.g., D&O, E&O, G/L and umbrella) in the department’s risk management information system.

Works with the Compliance and insurance broker to obtain appropriate surety bonds necessary for our business.

Maintains corporate property information necessary for the Commercial Property insurance policy.

Works with manager on all corporate insurance renewals, audits, and related invoices.

Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals

Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Five years’ experience working in an insurance agency or risk management group is preferred.

Proficient in navigating and utilizing department’s risk management information systems.

Proficient in Windows applications and laptop use.

Proficient in utilizing virtual meeting platforms.

Communicates effectively and efficiently with customers, both electronically and face-to-face
