To excel as the Retail Store Manager, you should have:

  • Retail Expertise: Proven experience managing retail teams and achieving sales goals, ideally in high-end or boutique settings.
  • Exceptional People Skills: A natural leader with a warm, engaging customer and team relations approach.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for creating a beautiful shopping experience and ensuring every interaction reflects the boutique’s luxury brand.
  • Reliable and Self-Driven: Able to handle store operations independently and confidently.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 

 

Your responsibilities as the Retail Store Manager will include:        

  • Manage a talented team of 22 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Develop efficient monthly schedules to ensure optimal staffing and exceptional customer service.
  • Track sales goals and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets, bringing enthusiasm and motivation to the team.
  • Deliver unparalleled service that exceeds expectations, ensuring every customer feels valued and welcomed.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing meaningful feedback and celebrating achievements.
  • Assist with product displays to maintain the boutique’s upscale and inviting ambiance, with some light physical tasks involved.
