Sales & Technical Installation Manager 



Where it all began: SmartTech began in 2017, expanding from Sitech, WA with just 4 employees to establish the groundworks. In 12 short months, we acquired LOADRITE dealerships all across Australia. Combined with our sister business in WA, SITECH WA Pty Ltd is now the biggest Trimble LOADRITE dealership in the world. SmartTech services Civil, Mining, & Waste sectors nationwide, our personnel possess the vast experience to call on the Industrial sector.


SmartTech has now expanded to the US and is focused primarily in the Waste Sector across the Western United States.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in technical sales-focused roles.
  • Background in the Construction, Mining, or Engineering industries, with hands-on experience in technical installation, assembly, or operations within one or more sectors.


As the Sales & Technical Installation Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales and service revenue within the designated territory.
  • Conduct technical sales for all products.
  • Collaborate with schedulers for efficient project management.
  • Manage customer and OEM projects across licensed states in the USA.
  • Promote company consulting services and self-education in related fields.
  • Participate in developing sales strategies and increasing market exposure.
  • Maintain and manage CRM in coordination with the Office Manager and President.
  • Review account management with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage onsite client relationships for technical installation projects, overseeing quality assurance by SUI Field Service Technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure competitive quoting and pricing that reflects market conditions and maintains margins.
  • Support team development and enhance their knowledge of our products and industries.
  • Adhere to turnaround standards for quoting and client communications.
  • Maintain safe work practices, report incidents per the Safety Management System (SMS), and complete required training.
  • Collaborate on HSE consultation and risk assessments to maintain a safe work environment.
