A leading healthcare organization specializing in renal care and outpatient surgical services is seeking a Senior Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers to oversee multi-site operations, drive strategic growth initiatives, and support high-quality patient care across a growing regional network.
This executive leadership role partners closely with physicians, clinical leadership, and operational teams to enhance ambulatory surgery center performance, support expansion opportunities, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, physician partnership expertise, and a proven ability to lead complex outpatient or ambulatory surgical environments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or nursing. Master’s degree preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- 5 years of multi-sight ambulatory surgical operations or outpatient surgical operations leadership experience
- Strong understanding of nephrology services, dialysis access management, or vascular access operations
- Strong understanding of physician partnerships, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with nephrology, vascular access, or related specialty services preferred
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Arizona
Your essential duties and responsibilities as a Senior Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers:
- Lead strategic growth, expansion, and operational initiatives for ambulatory surgery center services
- Oversee daily multi-site operations, workflow optimization, and performance improvement efforts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, KPI development, and operational reporting
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, referral networks, and healthcare stakeholders
- Lead and develop regional operations and clinical leadership teams
- Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for continued service line growth
