Senior Marketing Analyst


We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for  assisting with the management of all marketing and customer data, including governance, enablement and reporting, and ongoing evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies.




  • Leads the integration of marketing performance data through an evolving CRM/Martech ecosystem.
  • Serves as project management lead on implementation of marketing visualization tools.
  • Develops and manages data roadmaps to provide continued enhancements to marketing performance reporting and optimization opportunities.
  • Serves as strategic thought partner on marketing outcomes and campaign optimization.
  • Enables process efficiency and quality measurements that guides continuous improvement of our prospect and customer analytics.
  • Leads marketing data management efforts, consolidating disparate data sources and enhancing data assets, to enable best in class marketing execution & analytics.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the marketing analytics database, including vendor management and prioritization of business change requests.
  • Evaluates new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance; works closely with Marketing teams, Agency Partners and IT to implement and deploy marketing technologies.
  • Recommends metrics needed to identify relevant data to meet growth strategies of the company.  
  • Runs deep-dive analysis and answers ad-hoc business questions to drive marketing strategies, creates insight, or troubleshoots performance issues.
  • Leads the training processes on a range of marketing analytics and dashboarding tools and fosters the data-driven culture across teams.
  • Develops, publishes, and presents executive reporting and dashboards.
  • Assists in identifying and troubleshooting data processing issues.
  • Communicates findings and recommendations to management to determine the most effective and efficient manner. 
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures and quality standards that maintain accurate reporting of analytics. 
  • Understands and correctly utilizes resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies and procedures. 
  • Participates in defining market relevant benchmark and comparative data.
  • Presents results in organized formats on a regular basis to the Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Finance or Economics is required.
  • Five to seven years of work experience in Data Analytics, Marketing Technology & Operations or Database Marketing. 
  • Familiarity with key marketing technology suites: Data Management Platforms, Attribution, Web Analytics and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Database processes.
  • Knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, DOMO or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross functional peers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills sufficient to analyze and interpret data and make accurate and consistent interpretations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.  
  • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.  
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
