Supply Chain Manager

Reporting to the President, you will be a crucial member of our client’s team and effectively and professionally participate in and assist with the company’s day-to-day functions. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will operate with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Strong preference will be given to candidates who can live near Sarasota, Florida, and report to the company’s office there.


To thrive, you should have:

  • Genuine interest in beverages, exemplifying Splash’s mission and values with vendors and coworkers
  • 3+ years in supply chain management within CPG, with a preference for beverage production and logistics.
  • Solid multi-tasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or logistics from an accredited university.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and ERP systems, with experience in improving internal controls and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a team spirit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


Your responsibilities as the Supply Chain Manager will include:        

  • Quality and Improvement: Ensure high product quality and promote continuous supply chain improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee raw and component inventory levels, from procurement to customer delivery.
  • KPI Reporting: Create and maintain KPI reports for logistics and supply chain performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between production, senior leadership, and other departments.
  • Contract Management: Oversee contract manufacturers and maintain product specifications.
