System Analyst, Workday 

We are currently seeking a System Analyst, Workday, to join our team. 

This position is responsible for the administration, analysis, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the Insperity Workday platform. Utilizes problem-solving skills to investigate the root cause of service interruptions while providing user assistance and issue resolution. Works in a fluid environment and continuously prioritizes work.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolves problems related to Workday functionality and system integrations.and analyzes application data, business processes, and configuration to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate resolution.

  • Provides administrative support for the Workday platform, responsible for configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, upgrades, optimization, and deployment.

  • Ensures that the Workday platform maintains a set of best practice standards for security concepts, data integrity and data protection, and compliance.

  • Provides a high level of customer service showing empathy for the needs of the customer.

  • Collaborates with team members to share knowledge regarding reoccurring problems and corrective measures.

  • Participates in the development and ongoing maintenance of team documentation.

  • Acquires and maintains current knowledge of relevant supported applications.

  • Acquires and maintains current knowledge of the technical implementation of applications including areas of servers, network, and security.

  • Stays up to date with Workday releases, updates, and new features, and applies this knowledge to improve integration/extend solutions, design, and performance.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or four years of related work experience is required.

  • Three to five years of related, professional experience is required.

  • Broad knowledge of software development practices and procedures.

  • Experience working with Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Security.

  • Good understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Configurations.

  • Good knowledge of Workday integration tools such as EIB, Connectors.

  • Working knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, Prism.

  • Working knowledge of Web Services, APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST), and RaaS.

  • Experience with query languages such as SQL, WQL.

  • Aptitude for continuous learning and improvement.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of pay for this role is:

$ 78,100.00 to $98,500.00
